    Develop and maintain the PreMedProtégé website, ensuring it meets the organization's standards and goals. Work closely with the marketing and content teams to create visually appealing and engaging website content. Monitor website traffic and performance using analytics tools, and make recommendations for improvements. Ensure website security and data protection best practices are implemented and up-to-date. Maintain a consistent brand image across all web properties. Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies, and make recommendations for improvements to the website. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the website is optimized for lead generation and conversion. Continuously improve the user experience by optimizing website navigation, page speed, and mobile responsiveness.

Collaborate with other members of the team, including the webmaster and mentor coordinator, to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing strategy.

Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress. Ability to work with content creation programs such as Canva. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

    Job Expectations:

    Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the mentorship program. Facilitate communication between mentors and mentees, ensuring that they are meeting regularly and addressing any issues that arise. Create and maintain program documentation, including training materials, program policies and procedures, and data collection processes. Develop and implement program evaluation processes to measure the effectiveness of the mentorship program. Collaborate with other members of the team to develop and implement strategies for program growth and expansion. Serve as the primary point of contact for mentor and mentee inquiries and concerns, and provide timely and effective solutions.
